to the processing of personal data

I hereby, being a visitor/user of the website prana-system.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website), provide the legal entity - Joint Stock Company "ROTEC Digital Solutions" (abbreviated name - JSC "RDS", OGRN 1187746472011, INN 9709031943, KPP 770901001, address: 109240, Moscow, Nikoloyamskaya St., 15, office 108) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) consent to the processing of my personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Consent) on the terms and conditions set out below and confirm that, by giving this Consent, I act of my own free will and in my own interests.

Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data: last name, first name, patronymic; telephone number (home/mobile); email; user data (user IP address; cookie information ; browser type; date, time and number of visits; address of the website from which the user navigated to the Operator's website; location information; information about pages visited, about viewing advertising banners; information provided by the browser (device type, browser type and version, operating system, etc.)

Consent is given for both automated and non-automated processing, as well as for mixed processing of my personal data that is not special or biometric.

The purposes of personal data processing: establishing feedback with the user, including sending notifications, requests regarding the use of the Website, provision of services, processing requests and applications from the user for effective customer and technical support in the event of problems related to the use of the Website; determining the location of the User to ensure security, prevent fraud; providing the User with his consent, product updates, special offers, price information, newsletters and other information on behalf of the Operator or on behalf of the Operator's partners; providing the User with access to the sites or services of partners in order to receive products, updates and services.

The basis for processing personal data is Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data"; this Consent of the website visitor to the processing of personal data.

During the processing of personal data, the following actions will be performed: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion.

I am hereby notified by the Operator that the intended users of personal data are the Operator's employees.

I give my consent to the processing of my personal data for the period until the liquidation or termination of activities in connection with the reorganization of the Operator, the termination of the Operator's activities as an inactive legal entity, but I can revoke this Consent, including through a representative by means of written notification to the Operator at the address of the Operator's location specified in this Consent.

I understand that if I or my representative revoke the Consent, the Operator has the right to continue processing without the permission of the personal data subject if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006.
