I, acting freely, voluntarily, and in my own interest, in accordance with Article 18 of the Federal Law No. 38-FZ of March 13, 2006 "On Advertising" and Article 15 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, give my consent (hereinafter – the Consent) to the Joint Stock Company "RDS" (hereinafter – the Operator) to send me advertising messages and any information (hereinafter – Advertising) to the following contact details (hereinafter – Contact Details) provided by me personally on the website prana-system.com (hereinafter – the Website) by filling out forms or provided to the Operator by other means:
• Full name;
• Subscriber phone number;
• Email address;
• City;
• Legal name of the organization;
• Company specialization;
• Job title.

The indicated Contact Details are my personal data.

This Consent is given by performing the following actions:
• Marking "✓" (activating the checkbox) next to the text "I agree to receive promotional materials" with a hyperlink to the text of this Consent when filling out any forms on the Website;
• Clicking the action button under the corresponding form on the Website (for example, "Submit," "Leave a request," "Request a call back," etc.).

These actions are sufficient to confirm that the Operator has received this Consent, and no other evidence is required to further confirm the fact of my Consent.

The Contact Details are processed by the Operator for the purpose of promoting the Operator's products, works, and services by directly contacting me via communication means.

I agree that the Advertising may be sent to me by the Operator by any of the following methods:
• SMS message;
• Message in messengers;
• Push notification;
• Email;
• Phone call.

The term of this Consent: for the period until the liquidation or termination of activities in connection with the reorganization of the Operator, the termination of the Operator's activities as an inactive legal entity, but I can revoke this Consent, including through a representative by means of written notification to the Operator at the address of the Operator's location specified in this Consent.

I confirm that I am informed and aware that I can revoke this Consent at any time during its validity, refuse to receive Advertising, unsubscribe from receiving Advertising, or change the settings for receiving the advertising newsletter by following the corresponding unsubscribe link in any advertising-informational message or by sending a request to the Operator in free form by any means that allow establishing that the request comes from me.

The Consent can also be revoked at any time by sending an official request (inquiry, appeal) in writing to the Operator. Such a request (inquiry, appeal) can be sent to the Operator's email at info@rotec.digital or by registered mail with a return receipt to the legal address of the Operator specified in the "Operator's Details" section of this Consent.

I am informed that in case of questions regarding unsubscribing from the newsletter, I can contact the technical support service of the Operator by sending an email to info@rotec.digital

I confirm, guarantee, and assure the Operator that the Contact Details I provided to the Operator are accurate, belong to me, and are used only by me. I hereby guarantee and confirm, and assume responsibility, that the Advertising sent to the Contact Details I provided to the Operator will not be received by third parties who have not given prior consent to the Operator to receive Advertising.
