Residual Life Forecast

When analyzing equipment operation, PRANA automatically calculates the residual life of its components and assemblies. For the gas energy turbine, the bottom of the flame tube, the internal casing of the combustion chambers, mixers, guide and working blades are calculated taking into account the equivalent operating hours and the number of equipment starts. Objective information about the technical condition of the equipment and the residual resource of its units allows us to plan repairs in advance. This reduces the cost of purchasing spare parts and repair kits and makes it possible to optimize the amount and timing of work.
