Implementation Stages

At this stage, a preliminary collection of source data is carried out, the principles of the PRANA system operation are explained to the prospective customer. At this point, an analysis of historical archives of data is often performed for the equipment on which it is necessary to identify specific features and “bottlenecks”. Technological equipment for trial operation is chosen, and the equipment to be monitored at the stage of industrial operation is preliminary defined. Calculated cost of implementation is sent to the customer with technical description of implementation stages.

This stage includes several steps:

• Pre-project survey with collection of detailed source data (including design, project and operational documentation for the implementation site).
• Development and coordination of technical requirements for the design, single-stage design, section on information security with the customer.

Verification of cabinet equipment completeness is carried out: server, information security tools, auxiliary and peripherals, cables, software. Delivery and shipment are made to the implementation site.

It is required to debug the system and form customer’s opinion on the quality and economic effect of the prognostics and monitoring services. In fact, the customer makes final decision on his need for the PRANA system.

This stage is also called a beginning of the commercial operation of the system, when the customer receives a service that fully meets its expectations and extends it to various types of technological equipment (gas and steam turbines, generating equipment, heat recovery boilers, booster compressors, pumps, transformers, etc.).
