The PRANA prognostics system identifies in advance the following types of defect and deviation in the operation of gas compressor booster stations:
- Rotor group deterioration and damage for screw-type gas compressor booster stations:
- change of oil flow rate to seals, and compressor cooling;
- change of compressor head;
- disturbance of oil separator operation;
- clogging of gas and oil filters;
- compressor cooling system efficiency.
- Deterioration and damage of the stage impellers of centrifugal booster compressor station:
- change of head at compressor stages;
- change of surge curve;
- deterioration and damage of dynamic dry gas seals;
- clogging of gas and oil filters and nitrogen filters of dry gas seals;
- compressor cooling system efficiency.
- Deterioration and damage of support and thrust part of compressor station bearings and main motor: wear, imbalance.
