At the 66th scientific and technical conference of the Russian Academy of Sciences on problems of gas turbines and combined-cycle plants held on September 24–25 in Perm on the premises of ODK-Aviadvigatel JSC, a report was presented on a modern approach to ensuring the reliability of power equipment operation – PRANA predictive analytics and remote monitoring system.

At the 66th scientific and technical conference of the Russian Academy of Sciences on problems of gas turbines and combined-cycle plants held on September 24–25 in Perm on the premises of ODK-Aviadvigatel JSC, a report was presented on a modern approach to ensuring the reliability of power equipment operation – PRANA predictive analytics and remote monitoring system.
 
Yulia Baidakova, a Leading Specialist of the Expert Department of PRANA System, and candidate of engineering sciences, spoke about the PRANA prognostics system, the mathematical tools underlying it, as well as the results of the system operation in 2019. The report showed the effectiveness of using PRANA to detect the degradation of the technical condition, to assess the quality of operation and repair work performed, and to promptly schedule maintenance and repair activities.
