The PRANA System Experience at Industrial Transformation ASIA-PACIFIC (ITAP-2019) – the Leading Technology Exhibition of the Asia-Pacific Region

ROTEC presented PRANA – a Predictive Analytics and Remote Monitoring System for industrial equipment at the largest technology exhibition of the Asia-Pacific Region called Industrial Transformation ASIA-PACIFIC (ITAP-2019), held in Singapore October 22–24.
ITAP-2019 is the main platform devoted to “Industry 4.0”, an industrial transformation implemented through the sweeping introduction of the Internet of Things (IoT). The event is the Asian counterpart to Hannover Messe – the largest international exhibition of industrial technology. It is the most important platform for technology and industrial transformation in the Asian world.
The PRANA System’s performance in terms of digitalizing the Russian energy sector, which ROTEC has been pursuing since 2015, was showcased at the booth of the Russian Federation, presented by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The unique features of digitalizing power facilities in Russia and Kazakhstan, as carried out by System specialists, as well as new forecasting methods that were used in 2019, were described during business meetings and pitch sessions in the Russian pavilion’s lecture hall. Answering questions from the participants and visitors of ITAP-2019, Maxim Lipatov, Technical Director of PRANA System, described possible scenarios for using the ROTEC experience in the Asia-Pacific Region and also options for implementing the PRANA System at critical infrastructure facilities in Singapore.
